We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please carefully review all product details before purchasing.

If the furniture piece has a major problem, you have the right to ask for a repair, refund or replacement. Australian, one year warranty applies to all 'Woodcraft Furniture' pieces.

Warranty void if the furniture piece is exposed to prolonged sunlight, heating, cooling, high/low moisture levels or not maintained as per the care instructions.

Every piece that we produce is hand-made and unique with variations:
